This notice applies to the Forty Two for Maya website. The current website provides race information and links visitors to official contact channels and the external RunCoco registration service.
2. Information collected on this website
This first version does not include user accounts, a contact form, registration fields, payment fields, advertising trackers, or an email subscription form.
The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
This website uses Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages and buttons help visitors reach registration. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and collects aggregated, anonymized traffic data. PostHog is used for pageview tracking, button click events, and heatmaps showing where visitors click and scroll; it only starts after you accept the cookie prompt described below. PostHog does not record your screen on this site, does not use feature flags or experiments here, and has no visibility into RunCoco's registration or payment data, since that service is entirely separate from this website.
3. Cookie choices
On your first visit, a prompt asks whether to accept or decline analytics cookies. Accepting turns on PostHog as described above. Declining keeps PostHog off and no PostHog cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer.
4. External registration and payment
Registration and payment are processed by RunCoco on its own website. Information entered there is governed by RunCoco's own terms and privacy practices. Forty Two for Maya does not collect payment details through this website.
5. Email and Facebook
Selecting the email or Facebook links moves the interaction to your email provider or Facebook. Information you send through those services is processed through the relevant platform and used by the organizing team to respond to your inquiry.
